嬉野温泉、うれしの茶、肥前吉田焼という長い歴史をもつ地域文化がひとつのエリアに共存する佐賀県・嬉野市。実は業種を超えた共創が世界最先端のリジェネラティブフードシステム実装に繋がっています。嬉野で一体何が起きているのか？なぜリジェネラティブなフードシステムを生み出すことができたのか？現地で体感・実感することでその本質に迫ります。旅で出会う仲間と共に、SKSJAPAN2023で得たインサイトを語らい、新たなビジネスの種やヒントが見つかる濃密な2日間です。
Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture, where local cultures with a long history such as Ureshino Onsen, Ureshino Tea, and Hizen Yoshida ware coexist in one area. In fact, co-creation across industries has led to the implementation of the world's most advanced regenerative food system. What is going on in Ureshino? Why is it possible to create a regenerative food system in there? By experiencing it locally, we will get closer to its essence. It will be an intensive two days where you can find new business seeds and hints by talking about the insights you got at SKSJAPAN2023 with the participants.
